Life is such a gift, you realize it when you hear your baby cry for the first time, when they are sick but battle through and get better. A few months ago a family friend and her husband found out that he had the disease ALS, this is a disease that right now has no cure but there is hope, there are discoveries being made and treatments available to help, there is hope! Unfortunately these treatments are costly. My eight year old asked me the other day if someone is sick why t...hey can’t just get the help they need and I didn’t have an answer because it should be that way. People should be able to access the help they need regardless of how much money the medications and treatments cost, my little store is closing in the next month and I have maybe 40 items left to sell, all the profits will be going to help this family and will go directly to this fundraiser to get the treatment this dad needs. He has three kids and a wife that need him and is an amazing person.
