A new public policy offers a pathway to permanent residence for eligible families of Canadian victims of the Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 and Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 tragedies. The policy applies to individuals who are currently in Canada and whose relatives were Canadian citizens, permanent residents or foreign nationals found eligible on their permanent residence application. Reminder: The 3 dedicated streams for French-speaking or bilingual candidates do not have limits and will accept applications until November 5 2021.
