The Millbrook Agricultural Society did a great job organizing the drive-thru Santa Clause parade. Thank you and Happy Holidays to everyone out there.

Tomorrow (Saturday December 5th) around 12 noon, our Firefighters Association will be putting up the Christmas tree at the legion. We will also be collecting food for the Millbrook food drive. This year has been difficult for many families and we thought to use this as an opportunity to help those in need.

Due to the pandemic the Association has been forced to cancel this year’s elimination dance. That being said, we are still going forward with the elimination draw. Please reach out to your local firefighter and purchase a ticket for your chance to win $1000. The draw will take place on December 24th. Prizes: First ticket drawn will win $100 Last ticket drawn will win $1000

Today we had a little spring cleaning action at the Old Hall. You wouldn’t believe the amount of dust that gathers on old fire fighting equipment. Thanks to all that helped, it looks great in there. On April 25th the Lions club is hosting their fishing derby, and our Museum will be open. Come on by and check it out. 2 Hay St. Millbrook.

2019 Touch a Truck Event

It was a great day yesterday at our Touch a Truck event. Thanks to everyone who brought their vehicles, and for all that attended.

A little bit of rain isn’t going to stop us. 10-2 today there will be lots of excitement at the Millbrook Fairgrounds. A big thank you goes out to the Millbrook Agricultural Society for getting the ground ready for us. Hope to see you all there.

Only a few more days before the Millbrook Fair Grounds see a little bit of action. We are very excited for another Touch a Truck. If you can help us spread the word via, social media, and radio it would be greatly appreciated. See you all Saturday!!

Honoured to present a donation towards the new Harvest Community Park. We thank all who have helped in any way to make this happen, Association and the community. Special Thanks goes to Stewy Tummonds of True North Electrical for the donation of the raffle prize.

If you don’t have this marked in your calendars, mark it now. This year looks to be bigger and better with lots of return participants and some new ones. We will also have an area marked off for a show and shine. No Touch Zone.

We presented the pressure washer to Marty last night. For those who don’t know him, he is actually very excited to win this and can’t wait to put it to use. Thanks again to Stewart Tummonds and True North Electric for the donation.

Happy Canada day everyone!! Today we held our draw for the pressure washer... congratulations goes out to Marty Hutchison. One of our own. Thank you to all who participated and supported us on this raffle. Also, a huge thank you to Stewart Tummonds with True North Electric who generously donated the pressure washer to us. Today we kick off another Boot Drive Fundraiser in Millbrook. It will last until Sunday with all donations going to Community Projects and the Fire Association Museum. Please support us and make this another successful year.
