I’ve been in a funk lately guys. I think we all have. It’s hard not to be when the whole planet kinda feels like it’s on hold, or on fire. But I put makeup on today and think I proved I still know how, and went for a drive that led nowhere to see no one because we aren’t allowed. I think I had a half a minute of feeling normal today, and you know what, I’ll take it.

It seems a little counter intuitive that to move forward sometimes we need to stay where we are at. If you’ve been feeling stuck lately you aren’t alone. In the energy work community this has been referred to as the great pause. We are as a collective being asked to slow down right now, integrate the lessons, rest, and prepare for what’s coming next.
