How old is vintage? I can't believe I spent yesterday working with this 51 year old lace and satin... it was a dream come true. Still so much more work before I can reveal it, but things are coming together.

I hate pleated pants!! and to top it off they are paired with cuffs?! Who does that?! Anyone else with me? My hubs seems to always buy them...I tackle the cuffs like a pro. Though the thought of taking out the pleats YIKES! Tonight though, I got bored... aaannnddd I think I did it!! Woo hoo!! Yeah for trying new things!

A little bit of a different post today! I’ve had a busy week of dresses coming and going as usual, though I finished it off a little different. I usually focus on the sewing part of my life, but it doesn’t stop there. I have often been asked to help clean out closets. I don’t do the cleaning, but I help refocus the wardrobe. ... I give an honest (sometimes too honest ) opinion of what works and doesn’t for your body type, what looks tired or outdated. Even giving some ideas of different ways to use the items that you have! I really enjoy seeing the feeling of accomplishment with all the purging. :) See more
