Any of our original springers out there remember this place?! This was our home in the old Fire Hall during the early days of Springers! There wasn’t enough room to keep all the equipment out at once so athletes had to set up/take down what they needed every day! We love hearing all the stories about our quirky homes over the years. After the fire hall we moved to a unit over on Wheelabrator Way before landing on Nippissing in the early 90s (where @dance_elite_milton now liv...es!). In 2003 we moved to the newly built Milton Sports Centre and we’ve been there ever since! Tell us what gym you remember best and your favourite thing (or quirk) about it!! #TBT

Earlier this week the provincial government announced a four week lock down beginning on December 26th. With this development, we are sorry to share that all our programs will be suspended until restrictions are lifted. Competitive & fundamental team families, please check your emails. Registration for our recreational Winter Session will remain on hold until further notice. We are ready to start back up as soon as it is permitted and safe to do so. ... Please note, our office will be closed for the holidays. Office hours will be limited in January during the lock down so we recommend email as the best method for getting in touch ([email protected]). Today the province announced that Halton Region will be entering the Red "Control" stage starting Monday, November 16. CLASSES THIS WEEKEND WILL RUN AS USUAL.
