Looking for a fast, effective workout that can be done in 10 minutes? This compound movement step-up routine will target several muscles groups in a minimal amount of time including: * Quadriceps... * Hip Flexors * Gluteal Muscles * Medial Deltoids * Biceps * Core (Transversus Abdominus) * Quadratus Lumborum Add ankle weights to increase the challenge. Any STABLE surface can be used for stepping up. Choose the appropriate height for your fitness level. Complete 3-4 Rounds. 3 Sets of 10-15 Reps Each Side. Rest 30-60 Seconds Between each Round. BEWARE of MISLEADING MARKETING!! 57% Fat in 1 Bar! A client of mine purchased this 'protein' bar thinking it was a healthy choice as an on-the-go snack. The first thing I notice is that the second ingredient in the list is SUGAR in the form of tapioca syrup and agave syrup. ... Both of to these syrups are typically made using extremely high temperatures and therefore, any and all nutritional value is lost during the 'process' ~~~~ hence the term 'processed foods'. Not to mention that the dark chocolate contained in the product also includes SUGAR in the ingredients. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight. The first few ingredients listed indicate what is the most prevalent in the product. In this case SUGAR. Macronutrients are the essential nutrients needed for our bodies to thrive. These are fat, carbohydrates and protein. Daily recommended intake of these macronutrients are as follows: Fat : 20-35% Carbohydrates: 45-65% Protein: 10-35% Keep in mind that your level of physical activity will determine how much of each macronutrient you would consume per day. Using simple math to calculate the the percentage of macronutrients of this product, the following has been determined. 1 BAR CONTAINS: Protein: 18% Carbohydrates (SUGAR): 25% Fat: 57% !!!!!!!!!! In just ONE BAR you have EXCEEDED your DAILY INTAKE OF FAT for the entire day. Please be aware of your food choices. Always read the list of ingredients. Don't trust what is written on the packaging.
