No I'm not trying to tell you that you look like sh*t! I know it sounds harsh, but just hear me out because it might make a difference for YOU! As a society, we are so hyper focused on appearances. Do this, to look like that. Do that, so you can look like this ... blah blah blah.... What if we flipped the script and changed the narrative? What if we took appearance completely out of the equation? What if we asked ourselves why we aren't doing the things we know we should be doing for our bodies? From a purely health focused perspective? Ask yourself how you treat something you VALUE? Whether it be your home, your fancy car, your prized shoe collection. Your family. Your friends. You take care of it right? You put energy and effort into making sure it's getting what it needs. So .... WHY AREN'T YOU DOING IT FOR YOUR BODY?! Why aren't you valuing yourself? It's a hard question. Sometimes a painful question. But it's a question that is crucial to ask yourself.

We've all heard it ... consistency is key. My question is what does it mean to you when you hear that First, let me tell you what it's not ... PERFECTION ... What it means to me: Actively trying to understand what's holding you back Continuously searching for your reasons Always holding space for mistakes and being compassionate with yourself Constantly finding ways to improve Consistency includes not only action but contemplation and preparation as well. Pitter patter, let's get at er! Hiiiiiiiiii! Okay so it has been a hot minute since I've posted and let me tell you why. Straight up, I got intimidated. There's ALOT of fitness influencers, trainers and "advice" on how to do it all out there. When I started coaching, I knew I didn't want to be like everyone else, but that meant I had to find my voice. I don't have it totally figured out yet, but I know one thing ... I want to be here for each and every one of you that wants ...to make a change, a lasting change. I'm not going to promise you a shredded six pack (because that's just unrealistic), but I will promise you my support, encouragement and advice through every step. I will also promise you that its going to be messy, uncomfortable and it might get weird sometimes.
