In this one day course we learn 5 BodyTalk techniques that help balance the brain, normalize stress threshold, hydrating the body and allowing the body to utilize the water you drink, fight off allergies/calm intolerances, open up l...ines of communication within the body/head to body! What do I get when I leave the class? You will have a 10 minute routine to use daily that will help your focus, digestion, balance, coordination, etc. It will keep you out of fight or flight and into the rest and heal mode! Who feels like they need a dose of Calm The Heck Down? Well you may be in the right spot. If you have a BodyTalk session this could be a priority for you...the Bebeault Technique is so great. It works with the nervous system, takes you out of the sympathetic nervous system (fear, fight, flight, freeze, faint) and into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest, heal, repair) to help calm and relax you. It can help with general stress, anxiety, tension headaches migraines or tired eyes. This can be used at the beginning of a session to help fully relax the muscles and make the body more responsive but also done after the session to integrate it all in!!
