Surprisingly so!! and is going so well that I am now offering regular virtual self-care consulting hours between 5pm-6pm with the online booking calendar in attached link... Few things to consider for virtual self-care consultation apppointments... -not covered by benefits. -available Mon-Fri with apts available at 5pm & 5:30pm daily (can be available on the weekend by request) -my toddler will be home and could disrupt the conversation despite my best efforts. -$20 for 30min consult & can be paid by creditcard or e-transfer (my usual fee is $60 for 30min but while adjusting to going online am offering at this lower rate) -can be used for... if you have something unusual going on with your muscle/joints individualized feedback help optimizing your self-care I am here if you need me!

I’ve created my first online self-care course! https://linktr.ee/Alanadiening Focus is on the caring for the Full Spine. ... It covers my favourite, easiest, safest and most effective mobilizations for the hips, spine, shoulders and neck. The goal is to feel like you have had a nice, deep massage of your muscles and joints. You may be surprised by the effectiveness! There are options to work on... -1 movement a day for 18 days (1-5min/day), -try them all as a full sequence(36min), -do just lower body (17min) -or just upper body (19min) It sounds like social distancing will be maintained for a longer time period and may be on/off for quite some time. I wanted to give this a try to see what people think and to hopefully help any pain/stiffness that has developed. It is $10 to access. Please let me know if you have any questions or thoughts and I am continuing to offer video consultations for self-care as well. Hello, To protect clients, out of respect for our health care professionals and to support our community, I will no longer be offering Massage Therapy in-person until further notice. I feel a bit devastated but feel confident in the decision.... Please send me any and all questions/thoughts. I am happy to offer support through email, video and/or personalized self-care routines. I have one client already who is switching to personalized video self-care routines. They try my video, video tape themselves doing it, I watch, provide feedback and then create the next sequence.
