Day 21/21 Challenge Complete! 3lbs 2inches ... This was a good challenge group to kickstart my weight loss journey. An accountability group was an excellent idea. Thank you for the invite @meg.west.wellness The weight has been and still is yo-yoing as it slowly adjusts to my muscle mass returning. It is a slow and steady progress; a healthy return to my fitness level with plateaus and challenges to be expected, but I cannot repeat enough that consistency is key, with a balance of lifestyle. #8020rule 80% of the time be on target for your goals, 20% of the time give yourself a break.

I guess I needed a rest day after all, though today was anything but! I spent some quality time with my babes and reset my wild house... Sometimes motivation is taking a day to reset your mind and environment so you can continue to be fierce! I used to be able to do this on Sundays with my runs, but now it’s run OR reset... that mom life has its challenges with trying to keep some kind of order and keep up with your goals. Trying to stay fierce and be a supermom 7 days a week gets messy, so today I had to clean up my mom guilt and the house, lol.
