Delicious wholesome breakfast smoothie I tried today and recommend!. Depending on your activity level I would recommend adding more milk and oatmeal (I did a full cup of milk rather than the suggested half cup, and half cup of oatmeal rather than 1/4 cup) I also substituted almond milk for unsweetened oat milk out of preference. When you have a craving for comfort foods, pause and take a few in-breaths and out-breaths to be fully present with your craving. Take the comfort food you real...ly want and put it on a plate. Eat mindfully, savoring each bite. Many people are craving comfort foods at this time, which is of course natural, but be careful that they are not eaten so often that they crowd out nutritious foods that support a healthy immune system. Practice mindful breathing more frequently throughout the day to help alleviate your anxiety.
