You can learn Mindful Facelift Yoga to practice on yourself or you can take the teacher training and add this service to your existing practice. We offer several options. Our courses offer a detailed student manual, an on-demand library of instructional videos along with small group support, and our interactive social group with ongoing support from your teacher.
