Coronavirus has just been upgraded to a pandemic so rather than panicking and running out to stock our homes with toilet paper let’s take a minute to BREATHE and EVALUATE what we can do to increase our bodies protective mechanisms! Having a STRONG IMMUNE SYSTEM is top priority not just for your protection, but for the protection of those around you who may be vulnerable. Things you can do to BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY :... ~Eat a whole foods diet (=real food) ~Drink lots of water ~Supplement - upregulate nrf2 ~Reduce toxins - especially household cleaners, fake foods, negative thoughts ~SLEEP - so important!! ~MOVE - hit the gym, go for a walk! ~Get out in the fresh air and sunshine ~Manage your STRESS Yoga, journal, decrease scrolling through social media and exposure to wifi Don’t cause yourself more stress by trying to do all the things at once.
