"I have loved Pilates and Yoga since I started taking Pilates twenty years ago. I noticed immediately how much taller I stood afterward and how much better I felt." ~ If you were a prop, which would you be? "A squishy ball" ~ How are you staying motivated during the pandemic? "I am finding creative ways of keeping in touch with friends and family. I also make fun dinners with my partner like 'taco Tuesday' and try to make the mundane as joyful as possible." ~ Why do you think it is important to move in a mindful way? "Because as you get older the easier it is to injure oneself and the longer it takes to recoup from injury. Our bodies need to be cared for and part of that is moving with love as though each step is important." ~ Do you have any healthy holiday recipes or recommendations to share? "To avoid injury, and set yourself up to feel stronger and more prepared for your day to day.
