Have you ever been on a silent, mindful walk completely unplugged from your device? So many have told me that they could never do it but when they are brave enough to try, they absolutely LOVE it! I have been offering FREE pop up silent mindful walks at a couple of parks not far from my home in Thornhill. Due to Covid19, I take a maximum of 8 people, we keep our social distance and walk single file.
