Mindfulness In Motion 23.06.2021

There are a million things we can think of doing in this very moment. But perhaps if we make the shift to being instead, our life would shift differently. For example I can do the task of writing my thesis, or I can be the energy behind writing my thesis. I can be the creative energy behind the writing task. Meaning, it’s not what we do; it’s the energy in which we choose to be in . We can do anything .....but being..... that’s a shift in perspective

Mindfulness In Motion 07.06.2021

True mastery is the art of letting go. Our breath is a perfect example of this cycle in every waking moment. As we inhale, new energy comes in to flood our bodies and as we exhale that energy then needs to be released to allow the new energy of the next inhale. What a beautiful cycle it is.... If we fail to let go of the inhale or the exhale, motion stops, and life can’t survive without motion. The breath also represents something else very important. It is the only thing we have counscious control of and no control of all at the same time. We can consciously alter our breathing pattern and bring awareness to it but at the same time we can’t hold it or stop it as our bodies natural intelligence would kick it back on again. The lesson that maybe held here is just as we think we have it all under control we really don’t. And that is an idea to bring in and let go of all at the same time. How cool is this mechanism of our breath. Perhaps we can bring notice to this on our next breathing cycle. Reflection; How can we use these lessons of the breath and apply it to other areas of our life? Let’s breathe together, we can hang on and let go together. We are one. Love you Jessica Simpson

If we could direct the same amount of attention on personal growth, forgiveness and joy then we do paying attention to Covid facts and conspiracies then I can bet our world would look very different right now. Keep your heart open and try turning the spotlight back on the things that are meaningful to you, things that fill your heart with joy, and love. This is how we can make this world a better place; by redirecting our energy.... It’s a challenge I understand. I’m human too and I definitely catch myself getting caught up in Covid world; however I’m learning just like you how to redirect my attention to other aspects (examples above). You are amazing it’s time to acknowledge that. This is how we can all heal.... this is how I’m choosing to heal.... Join me? Jessica Simpson

Underneath all hardness lies softness. Underneath all our perceiving layers we have a deep, softness in all of us. One of the purposes of life is to uncover this softness and see beyond all the hardened layers we build. These hardened layers can look like beliefs, judgments, ego based living, hate, and violence. Love is the softness underneath it all. How would our life change if we chose to see softness in others and ourselves? ... I see love in you, I see the softness that you are Nature perceives this perfectly, in the cloud below we can see the soft empowering cloud underneath the dense hard cloud.
