Hello Everyone, Cathy and I recently met on a bright sunny November afternoon to do some planning for 2021. How lovely it is to turn my thoughts towards future planning versus the more familiar preoccupation of what to do to cope and survive. 2020 has certainly offered us all lots of opportunity to strengthen and stretch our self-compassion muscles. Perhaps you have found yourself in this survival mode as well? Life didn’t get back to normal in the way we had hoped. We’...ve had to re-adjust, re-align our priorities and plans and figure out how to move on from here. We want to remind you all that we are still here, still excited and honoured by our mission to foster more self-compassion for ourselves and those who choose to learn alongside us. It seems an even more poignant mission this year when there has been great suffering. We have a 8-week Self-Compassion training program beginning on January 31st, 2021. There are still a couple spots left in this small class that will run on Sunday mornings in Woodstock, ON. Hope you can join us. Stay tuned for more trainings and workshops ahead.
