As I said above, the presentation was like an effective booster. I really enjoyed it and found it useful.

I really enjoyed the session. Many of the tips we do mostly know, but we often ignore. It was great to have a reminder and to know that we are all the same with our attempts to multi-task etc. Scott is a great presenter, and his previous mindfulness session was also very useful.
