This turned up in my memories...I cant believe it has been 3yrs already!! At the 2017 Toronto Pro Super Show I was presented with the LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD... by the Canadian Physique Alliance (OPA) President Ron Hache The plaque says: In recognition of your dediction, leadership as an athlete in the fitness industry and your humbleness in accepting your accomplishments on stage. Your pride in promoting the Ontario Physique Association, the Canadian Bodybuilding Federation and the IFBB Pro League has made a tremendous impact on our sport. Your commitment in mentoring and sharing your knowledge with all sportspersons, from 6yr old jr. fitness competitors to seasoned athletes and your continued positive presence in life and our sport exemplifies who you are. I was so honored to have been presented with such a prestigous award.... Wishing our 212 Bodybuilding Champ, Guy Cisternino a speedy recovery. An update from Guy: Little update for you guys who been asking me. I’m in the ER, not sure... exactly what it is yet, I just got saw by a nurse that thinks it’s a blood clot so I’m waiting testing and to see the doctors/specialists. Another day in the bad luck chronicles of Guy lol. All seriousness I’m hopping it’s nothing but by the looks, feel, and symptoms it’s definitely something, just not sure what it is.
