There's a part about MINA that many do not know about. On April 24, 2012, when my sister died to suicide I believed in God. Since then, I have been called to advocate for youth mental health through my own suffering at the loss of my sister and for the hope in sharing the powerful words of God: "You are wonderfully and fearfully made" (Psalm 139:14). This is a testament. No matter what faith you follow, where you place your hope, how you see yourself - You are WONDERFUL and y...ou are here for a POWERFUL and IMPORTANT reason. You see, my sister died to suicide with the hope that she would enter a world where people are kinder; happier. I hope with all my heart, every youth alive today, finds hope in this world.
