Taking control of your thoughts and emotions. Thoughts and emotions are part of our daily life. As we move from situation to situation, we apply different thoughts and emotions. It seems to be an instant reaction, programmed by all of our previous life experiences. If we follow this program, we let our past experiences control our thoughts, emotions and our future. It is very beneficial to slow down your mind. Over time you can learn to slow your mind enough and start to tak...e note of your instant reaction to many of life's situations. As you become more aware, you start to give yourself a moment to analyze your internal programming before you react. This is a life changing concept that puts you back in control of your thoughts and your emotions. When we slow down our minds, we give ourselves time to start rewriting our internal programs. With a new loving mindset, you start to take ownership of your life and realize a lot of your judgements and reactions are ones you have learned from you past, others and society in general. It's time for you to own thoughts and emotions. We are programmed, but the beautiful thing is we can rewrite our programs with love. It's our inner desire to love and be loved back. So let's start applying this with a patient mind as we move through life. We know what situations can cause us to fall into our negative thoughts and negative emotions in almost an instant. Start approaching all situations slowly with a calm, relaxed mind, being aware that your old thought patterns no longer suits your highest good. Apply loving thoughts and acceptance, move through situations, and every time you will slowly start to reprogram your thought patterns to thoughts and emotions intertwined with love and more in alignment with where you want to go in life. Continue to do this until you have a new instant reaction to those situations that used to bring up negative feelings and emotions. Taking the time and having the patience to make changes in your life feels good. It allows you to start to look at, love, understand and accept yourselves and also all the people in your life.

The Power of Believing in Yourself Over the years, experience by experience, we have been telling ourselves what kind of person we are and, slowly, we have come to believe it to be true. This creates a strong resistance to change and prevents us from growing, because we have already made up our mind about who we are, or who we are not. So often we base our ability to change on past experiences where we have failed. So by this point, we have already accepted that we can't suc...ceed at making changes, so we give up without even trying, further instilling our false or limiting beliefs even deeper. When changes feel uncomfortable, it's human nature to give up and go back to the limiting thought patterns because we think it's just how we are. Most times, we accept defeat because it's easy. We give up trying to change our life and decide to just stop trying to grow. You can do anything, you can learn anything, regardless of your past experiences. Right now... make the decision to believe this. Tell yourself over and over "I can do anything!" You need to believe this, and you need to believe in yourself, because the truth is that you can do anything when given enough time. It's time to make lasting changes in your life. Start using the powerful I AM statements to tell the universe what you want and let it ease the resistance, allowing your body, mind and soul to move easily in the direction that you desire. Start to focus on who you want to become. Push through the initial resistance to give up and finally make the transformation you've been longing for. Believe in yourself enough to push through the temporary discomfort of change and, with some effort, anything becomes possible. Today decide to make a change. Increase your awareness. Accept the challenge in its entirety. In the past, you may have lost the ability to believe in yourself, but just remember that change DOES feel uncomfortable and resistance is normal. You are going to push right through that this time. Keep using powerful affirmations about the areas you want to transform and after a few days, you will start to feel a lot more accepting of these new words. It takes 21 days to create a foundation for lasting change. During this time, all of a sudden, you will accept it as your new truth, you will fully believe it and the miracles will start to happen in your life. Overcoming the resistance to change. We all have changes we want to make in our lives. Wanting change is easy, but making those changes can be such a challenge. When we want to make a change in our life, we get flooded with an intense amount of resistance as we attempt to shift out of our comfort zone. It's like trying anything new... it will bring forward feelings of fear and anxiety. Some changes may require a complete shift, changing life as we know it, and this can truly... be scary and highly, but temporarily, uncomfortable. We need some amount of fear to keep us safe from danger and out of harms way, but the fear we want to focus on, comes from the resistance to change... the fear that wants to protect you from the unknown. We have to accept that fear as part of the journey to change. Accepting this fear breaks the cycle of just wanting a change but never acting on it, which keeps us stuck in unhealthy situations. Only then can we make the changes that we need to make. It's part of our nature as humans to project fear and anxiety onto change... even a healthy and desired change. Accepting and understanding that fear and anxiety are going to naturally occur when we alter our life or make any big change gives us a deeper awareness and willingness to accept it as part of the change. Going forward, when you feel this fear you can use it as a true sign that you are growing and expanding yourself and your life. Accepting and facing this resistance is now part of the process for change in your life and you can do it. With practice and persistence you can break through that comfort zone and start to grow. Overcome the fears and anxiety of change and, step by step, you can start to grow and, eventually, take on even bigger challenges. Choose to embody bravery and courage, realizing that the only way to destroy fear is to accept it and move through it. We are choosing to make changes that alters our life. You have endless amounts of bravery and courage to tap into to, allowing you to overcome the resistance to change. You CAN overcome the resistance to change. This new strength will allow you to take on the responsibility to make changes more and more, opening up endless possibilities for you in your life. When it comes to making changes and creating a life that you love, working on your ability to deal with fear and anxiety takes a lot of practice. You can and you will overcome this fear. When you conquer your fears you take control of your life. I believe in you. How are you using the two most powerful words in your life: I AM? We all have the freedom to be anything we want to be, and we all have the potential to do anything we want to do. We are all created equal and we all have the same capabilities to grow and succeed in any area of our lives. What we declare ourselves to be is what we become. After a lifetime of declarations about who you feel you are, you'll notice that it is who you have become. Some of the things you've declar...ed about yourself are beneficial, but some are limiting. Notice the effect and impact that all of these declarations have had on your life, and you can easily start to recognize their power. When we fully understand that what we declare is what we become, we can consciously make a shift from limiting ourselves to taking full control of our life, unlocking the full potential to grow in any area we desire. When we say "I AM NOT", we are using the unlimited power given to us at birth, not to manifest our dreams, but to manifest our fears. It's your right to become anything, to evolve in anyway you desire... and saying "I AM NOT" limits your power and instills the belief on a deep subconscious level, where these thoughts and words manifest your future reality and physiology. Stop limiting yourself with the words "I AM NOT" and replace them with the two most powerful words on earth: "I AM". When you start to do this and begin filling yourself with the power of your I AM delcarations, you will almost immediately feel the shift. You will feel a huge change beginning to take place in your life, and the more you use it, the bigger the impact becomes. If want to own your energy and the power of manifestation in your life, start to use it: say "I AM" all day, everyday, and fill yourself with words that empower the vision of your desires. Start to believe in yourself again and believe in everything that you want to become in this life. It's time to take control of your life and become the master of manifesting your future. Don't wait another day, start owning your thoughts and words now. Use the power of declaring "I AM" into your life. Make the transition to becoming the creator of your life, rather than just experiencing it. Leave behind the old thought patterns that used to limit you and your future potential, and replace them with new powerful declarations that compliment the future you desire. Using the two words "I AM" is simply the most powerful foundation for using the law of attraction. As you call on the unlimited resources of the universe to manifest what you desire, use your words to declare it into reality.
