PREVENTATIVE MEASURES RELATED TO COVID-19 VIRUS In the current context of a COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to share with you our virus prevention and control measures, which take effect immediately. Our goal is to limit the risk of contracting and spreading this virus and to allow each of us to assume our collective and personal responsibility in the face of this rapidly evolving situation. Minheku Construction has implemented several preventive actions to limit the sprea...d of the virus: frequent disinfection of common areas (kitchen, dormitories, construction trailers, administrative offices); the distribution of antiseptic products and the provision of handwashing stations; a reminder of the important hygiene measures to be adopted; a complete cessation of handshakes and signatures of delivery documents; postponing supplier and subcontractor visits to the administrative office at a later date. We invite our partners, suppliers and subcontractors to apply the same preventive measures so as to reinforce the collective effort currently made. We count on your usual collaboration to verify that your employees are not at risk of contagion or contraction of the virus. Minheku Construction would like to advise you that verifications will be made of the workers who will be mobilized to the company's facilities and in the communities in which we operate.
