Request for a Quote Mining Salons is currently engaged in two projects, for which we require your quotation: 1. Gold Project in Egypt... The gold project in Egypt involves procurement of a processing plant to recover gold from old dumps and tailings (containing ~4gpt and 1-1.5gpt Au respectively) and the Client must get in operation by the end of this year. The flow sheet consists of crushing to 2mm (primary jaw and secondary cone) then Gravity separation (3 stages of gravity concentrator with grinding to finer feed for the second and third stages to recover about 68% of the Au and then either direct cyanidation or flotation to add up some 10-20% recovery. There is a possibility of putting a shaking table circuit right after the gravity process as well. For this project, we require a quote on a mobile crushing system at about 50tph capacity, as well as gravity separation, cyanidation, and flotation equipment. 2. Lithium Project in Ontario, Canada 10tph Pilot Plant The crushing circuit requires portable mobile units at 85tph capacity (primary jaw and secondary cone). The overall plant capacity is 10tph only but the Client wants to crush at a higher capacity. The project will proceed to procurement in the next couple of months so that it can reach operations in early 2020. The flow sheet involves DMS, gravity circuit, magnetic separation, flotation and de-watering of the final lithium concentrate. For this project, we require a quote on DMS, gravity circuit, magnetic separation, flotation and de-watering of the final lithium concentrate.
