This rule exemption is only permitted during the heatwave. As of today the heatwave is in effect until July 9th (inclusive), inverters will be permitted until then, unless the weather gets cooler. Will continue to monitor and update regarding inverter generator exceptions.

Hi Everyone, It's bloody hot out and we're pretty much cooking in our campers. So inverter generators are permitted for air conditioning between certain hours: 3-5pm ... 7-9pm Please be respectful. There will be no leniency towards anyone using air conditioning on electricity. I will be monitoring. If someone is caught using A/C on electric, he/she will face immediate eviction without refund. Also at any point if this doesn't work out, I'll be required to return to former practice - without air conditioning. Please remember to use your hot water on propane and not electric. I will be doing an inspection soon. I will be inquiring for electrical upgrades so that people could use their air conditioners in the campground on electricity. I will get a quote and move forward from there, if feasible. Happy CANADA Day!! Enjoy!!
