Strength training or weightlifting will make women bulky Women should strength train at least two times per week The lie: no, you won’t get too bulky from lifting weights!!! Unless you are a professional bodybuilder or athlete, it is very unlikely that you would become more muscular or bulky than you would like from strength training.
