MINT SUMMER TRAINING Registration now open athletes! We’re new & improved friends... here’s how we took all your feedback & level’d up your program:... 1. More sessions/package, without an increase in price! Knowing that so many athletes are without competition within their sport, & practice time can be intermittent, we've given our athletes more opportunities to train in studio. Choose between our 15 & 30 session packages that will take you through until August 19th, 2021. Need less sessions? Registering more than one athlete? Let us know! 2. Monthly workshops offerings In order for all the incredible workshop content to meet the eyes, & ears of all our athletes, we are switching to a monthly workshop offering, weekly in studio education alongside your strength & conditioning, & a monthly themed newsletter that includes mindful practices, resources, recipes & more. We know how tough it can be to make all the workshops, and thanks to the feedback you provided, we have found a creative & genuine way to share all the resources we have. 3. More private small group & individual training spaces available To meet the current demands for private small group & individual training requests, we have increased the amount of available days & times to train. These programs are for athletes wanting to train towards big goals, need individual attention, or would like to train within a private small group of friends. Spaces are available Monday-Saturday. Have questions, let us know. See you May 10th athletes!

A special note from our founder/owner @sarazaytsoff We are happy to share that classes for our youth & preteen programs will continue to run as usual. Today’s announcement does not impact these programs. Our women’s adult program has switched to virtual training until April 19th, 2021. We will continue to make the health & safety of our athletes, team & families of our Mint community our top priority. Stay safe & well everyone!... Sara Z

Happy International Women’s Day A love note to our athletes: Athlete are built off the court. We are what we practice.... Community is an action, an extension of our words. Self love is an action. The skills we practice within thus space impact far greater than just your athletic development. Physical work may improve your performance, but internal work makes the athlete. Smash your workout and glass ceilings. Define your character with a bad ass work ethic. Cell phones down, head up, communicate, listen and learn with each other. Honour your struggles, use that as a fuel for change. Respect is validated in this place, and extends outside these walls. Stay woke, stay conscious. Never stop communicating, we’ve when you feel like you’re not understood. You are valued, you are heard, you are seen. You are never too much of anything. Be gentle with your mental. Mint is a lifestyle & a community. There is no substitute for hard work. Get messy, make mistakes, use your voice. The only opinion of you that matters is the one you have of yourself. #thatsmint See more
