What a team! We could not be prouder of our installers amazing accomplishments this season including completing this 7000 sq ft cedar project in Ajax on time and budget. Unfortunately not all team members were onsite for the last crew picture however these guys were here from start to finish. All the work was completed yesterday and we attended this morning to perform a final cleanup and walk around with our amazing clients. Great way to finish the 2020 season, like everyone we have certainly had hurdles but overcoming them and providing our clients with flawless work is what our teams achieved this year.

Flat roofing is tough on a good day. Emergency flat roof replacement in December is always in a different league. Flat roof replacement in Oshawa is now complete. Amazing job by the team working through wind, snow and rain to get this apartment complex roof finished up and new again. ... Awesome job guys!!!

Well it was a little chilly out there that’s for sure. A little shovelling required for this one, thankfully a nice bungalow under 10 ft high off the ground and we were able to have a few great days weather apart from the cold getting the work done. The wind storm a few weeks back did some damage and as we work for the best remediation company out there they called us in to quickly assess and report. Insurance company agreed it needed to be replaced before winter and voila...! GAF Timberline HDZ shingles installed, absolutely love the Pewter Grey on this home. Another Mint roof for absolutely amazing clients.

Another cedar project underway this one in Ajax Our Premium Grade Tapersawn Shakes arrived direct from British Columbia yesterday and the team got right to work. Stay tuned more photos to come as we make progress through this installation.

A few before and after pictures. We have had a lot of inquiries about coatings and flat roofs this year and wanted to show how well the product works. It’s cost effective, warranted by the manufacturer and provides clients a great option for those that need a flat roof solution.

The guys hustled today getting this flat roof covered with two coats of elastomeric coating. This roof is now detailed and sealed. A few small finishing touches tomorrow morning and we will be finished. #gafroofing #masterelite

Flat roof all finished up, the guys did a great job on this little balcony. Sometimes the small flat roofs can be more challenging than larger ones, tighter spaces and corners. Railings coming soon to wrap it up.

Another condominium project underway in Ajax. Weve completed 2 blocks and have 2 more in progress. 14 blocks in all and a mere 5000 bundles of shingles being installed which will take us a few months. The clients are thrilled to have an updated roof system installed by a Master Elite Contractor that will provide a GAF Golden Pledge warranty.

Coming along nicely. Western Red Cedar is simply stunning on this historic Uxbridge home. Wont be much longer until this project is wrapped up.

Good Morning Brooklin. We apologize for the inconvenience of some lane restrictions today at the Brooklin Town Centre, the clock tower is getting a new roof and we have to keep everyone safe while performing this work. Were Brooklin Proud and cant wait to get the work completed and give us all a better looking plaza.

Last day for our crew working on the condominiums in Kitchener. Amazing work and perseverance by our team pushing through the heatwave and making our deadline. Awesome job guys. A new start next week for this team at our Ajax Condominium project, closer to home and hopefully cooler weather.

Our cedar project is now all wrapped up. We have an amazing team that pushed through the heat wave and commute to get this one done. Over 200 bundles of No.1 Grade Western Red Cedar installed by hand nailing. Thank you to our amazing team and to Direct Cedar Supplies Ltd for such picture perfect cedar.

A great start today on the new EPDM roof system being installed for our friends at The Spa Shoppe in Whitby. The existing roof system had no insulation beneath and appeared to have some leaks occurring. Weather forecast looks great this week, perfect time to be installing this new problem free roof, stay posted for updates.

Cedar shingle installation progressing nicely. The rear slope and sides of the building are installed, nice work today getting the rear face started. Wont be long now until this project finished. Looking amazing team!!

Moving right along at our condominium project in KW. First building wrapped up second block underway with sparayfoam and new sheathing today. Shingles going on tomorrow were hoping this week doesnt get too hot to get this building completed by weeks end.
