One of the most challenging and rewarding jobs we have done recently - Two wall murals for the Relic Entertainment offices. The process was a long one: 1. First we had to set up the file so it could be print and cut on our machines. This included adding bleed and cut lines that our cutter could read. 2. Then we set about printing a small scale test to check that we had outlined every detail that needed cutting. 3. After fixing any bugs we found, we had to split the artwork i...nto pieces so that the full scale piece could fit on our 48" cutter. 4. Then came weeding i.e. removing the vinyl between the pieces we needed to keep. 5. Once we had finally printed, cut and weeded everything, we had to mask. When we install, we mask the pieces so that we can peel them off the backing in one piece and stick them to the wall. 6. Finally (FINALLY) we were ready to install - lining up all of the pieces in their correct positions, making sure they firmly adhered to the wall and removing any air bubbles. After all that work, we're glad to report that it turned out looking pretty darn cool. What do you think?

We're all about those details! These business cards are produced using Triplex technology, where the two printed surfaces are divided by a third layer of a different colour. This technique, available in a range of colours and finishes, provides an extra edge and luxury to your printed products to help them stand out from the crowd.... What do you think?
