2020 has been a year full of challenging moments. We adapted and changed our habits for the common good. It is a different holiday season but it doesn’t need to be less joyfull. I hope that you can take a moment to ask yourself where Joy comes from. I don’t think it comes from the presents, the food or even the people around us. Most of us depend on all this things to feel Joy but they are not the cause. Joy rushing from the inside when we are exposed to what we love. But it was always there, waiting to burst. I wish to all of us to be less dependent of the outside to feel what it has always been in us. Lets stop waiting for a better moment, this is it, the only moment we’ll ever have. Embrace this present.
