Pensilvania Woods 16x20 Oil painting Years ago I was fortunate to travel to Harrisburg, Pensilvania to spend 3 weeks with the service dog trainers of Susquehanna Service Dogs. I learned so much about clicker training there. Amazing organization and amazing people running it! It was amazing to watch how they scent trained the dogs to locate a lost child with autism in a mall environment. Learned about back chaining to train the dogs to open doors at a distance and just amazing interesting skills. The training center was located in a beautiful wooded area, where a lot of wildlife, including bears were a regular sight. I snatched a photo one morning with the fog on the horizon. I loved it there.

Becerro 10x12 Oil on canvas I had started a couple of paintings a while back and then abandoned them for a while. Just recently I got to finish them. For a combination of reasons, sometimes that happens. It is almost as I need time to review, to study them from a distance, and to find the best moment to finish working on them.
