Hello , to all our customers and followers. As many of you might realized, we are running under a new management. It is tough for us , because Misato Kitchen was one of the best sushi house in Kelowna. However , we only taking over for about 3 weeks, so we are still trying our best to learn the mechanics. Its like we are high school students , trying to cram all the knowledge and experience from a master student. It certainly takes time. It might even take up to months for ...us to fully understand this restaurant. Furthermore , we appreciate of those who continue supporting us and provide us suggestions and who are willing to give us multiple chances. We really do appreciate the patience and the consideration from you guys. THANKS ! Next, We are sorry if we did upset some customers. Therefore ,we are not only do apologize for those who experienced a bad time with us but also thanks to those who decided to leave us because they certainly taught us some critical lessons that we need to fix. We are not going to deny or remove any complains or compliments because we are in Canada and people do have their rights to express their feelings, there isn't a right or a wrong comments , its just under different perspectives. Hence, what we decide to do is to take up those comments and make a list. So when we have our meeting, we can bring them up and decide what would be a good solution or a good idea that we can use. Last, like we said, we have only involved in food industry for about 3 weeks , we still have LOTS of stuff to learn, so please dont't hesitate to drop by and chat with us, we are very welcome for people to come in to talk to us.
