Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day! Let’s Talk About Mental Health. Anxiety played a very big role in my life for as long as I can remember. Anxiety was treated like a freckle that I suddenly had when I entered high school. It was ignored. The kicker was that for the longest time I didn’t know that ADHD was hanging out with me too. I thought that all of my ADHD symptoms were Alyssa problems and I thought that I was somehow less then because of my undiagnosed ADHD symptoms. ... The more we talk about mental health, the more awareness there will be to what it looks like and what we can do about it. What’s your story? I’ve shared my story up on my website, you can find the link in my bio - see you there :)
