Welcome to my dream daycare! I have over 15 years experience working with children in my government regulated home daycare, my private home daycare, working for the LBPSB, as well as in a licensed daycare center/ Montessori preschool setting. I earned my diploma in Early Childhood Education (2 year program) from Algonquin College in Ottawa, and a Montessori certification diploma from the North American Montessori Center (7 months). I am the proud mother of 4 children aged 18-...15-12 & 6. The youngest lives with me full time, the older three live with me one week out of two, as I have shared custody with their father. I have a complete Montessori classroom for the 3-6 age group. I offer a modified Montessori program, as I also have another room with non-Montessori educational toys. My daycare includes Kindergarten, which is still subsidized. My program was once jokingly called an enriched preschool program, and I have yet to hear a more accurate description! See more
