Wednesday June 17th - Daily Challenge: Today is all about nutrition! To live a healthy and balanced life it’s important to fuel your body with the proper nutrients. This includes your carbohydrates (rice, potatoes, veggies), protein (meat, eggs) and healthy fats (avocados, nuts, oils). To help stay on track it’s great to meal plan and prep ahead of time. Today I challenge you to plan a balanced meal and cook it for yourself or for your family! If you ever want more info on nutrition please email me! I hope you have a great day and stay healthy!

Tuesday June 16th - Daily Challenge: With it being the last week of school and many of you have tests to write, I challenge all of you to take a healthy mental break. Listen to some music, call a friend, go for a walk, or whatever it may be take a break from studying to clear your mind and help you refocus! I wish you luck in all your exams! Stay healthy!

Monday June 15th - Daily Challenge: Hey everyone and welcome to your last week of school!! Yahoo!!! Today take 30 minutes to disconnect from technology and do something you enjoy with a friend, sibling, or parent! During lunch you will typically see me and Mr. Carlton playing some ping pong, it’s a great break from staring at a screen during this online learning! Enjoy your Monday and stay healthy!

Sunday June 14th - Daily Challenge: Happy Sunday funday everyone. Today do something active that you enjoy! For me that’s going to Champions Health and Fitness in Slave Lake. Try to get a sweat going and feel the amazing endorphins releasing any stress you may have. If your interested in signing up for a gym here in slave lake check out champions which is opening to public July 1st. Enjoy the last bit of your weekend and stay healthy!
