An important update: We are happy that the province has recognized that veterinary medicine is an essential service. We would like to remind all of our clients that our records have been forwarded to Gladys Pet Hospital in Abbotsford, and we are very grateful that they are filling prescriptions and seeing pets during this global event. We have to remain closed at this time as we have a staff member who has all of the signs and symptoms of Covid-19. Because we all work together, our entire staff has been sent into isolation to prevent spread of this virus. We hope to return to work in a limited capacity as soon as we are able. Thank you for understanding. We will all get through this together. #stayhomestaysafe #washyourhands

Today our supplier has witnessed an unprecedented demand for veterinary products and supplies. Orders are being 'triaged' based on category importance. Pharmaceuticals, surgical supplies, and biologics will be given priority followed by nutritional products. This means your food orders will likely not arrive when originally promised. We will also see lower volumes of supplies when they do arrive. There is currently no supply issue and these products will be replenished by the manufacturer so there is no need to stockpile. We will do our best to keep you informed of your orders' estimated time of arrival. Thank you for your patience.
