Good morning, Dr. Bonnie Henry has announced that Chiropractic Care is an essential service. We're able to treat emergency patients only (this is decided on a case by case basis). Dr. Banman and Dr. Cervo will be working on a two week rotation to ensure that we can accommodate emergency patients throughout the month's ahead. If you are sick or displaying symptoms of illness, or have been travelling will not be seen as a patient. ... We are urging you to consider yourselves, your healthcare professionals and the fact that some of us have children and family members who are immunocompromised. We treat patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly, and want the clinic to remain a safe place for everyone. *To aid in social distancing between clients, we ask patients to arrive as close to their appointment time as possible to limit time spent in common spaces. We have also reduced the amount of chairs in the waiting area. *Treatment areas, including tables will continue to be sanitized between each patient and we ask that patients follow hand hygiene protocols posted when entering and exiting the clinic (we have a washroom available for hand washing). Dr. Cervo and Dr. Banman will be seeing Emergency patients Monday, Wednesday, Friday (adjusting for holidays). Today we've made the difficult, but necessary decision to shut down appointments for the next two weeks, after which we will reassess the situation as things have been changing drastically daily. Although the decision was difficult to make, please know it was with your safety in mind, as well as the safety of our family and community.
