Hi friends! Sorry I haven't been posting. With the lockdown going on, we've been been self isolating for 2 months now. ... Hopefully things will go back to normal at some point. Kentucky baked tofu is our newest fave to make. Flaky, crispy and delicious! Here it is served up with edamame and mashed potatoes.
