Happy Volunteer Week to all the amazing individuals who help with Outreach Programs. Behind every successfully program there is an extraordinary group of volunteers. Being a volunteer is a demanding task, so thank you for contributing so much of your time, energy, and efforts to it. Without you we would not be able to offer these programs to the community, we are beyond grateful for your dedication and kindness. A very special thank you to those who have given their time over the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring we can still meet the needs of the community.

This Thursday July 16th is our Annual Burger day partnering with Jen's Kitchen & Cafe. Support your local businesses and grab a Burger Deluxe from Jen's.

This is a friendly reminder for anyone who ordered Elmira chicken products through Outreach, that delivery/pickup will be TODAY at the Mitchell arena at the ARENA entrance doors between 2-4pm. Pickup of your order can begin after 2pm, but all orders must be picked up by 4pm. When you arrive, Staff will bring the orders out to you to maintain distancing/contactless delivery, so if possible, please have trunks open after you arrive and are parked. Please use the parking spots closest to the entrance doors or if space, pull in front of the entrance door. Thanks so much for your support of this fundraiser.

Dealing with stress during this pandemic? Have you tried the 4-7-8 breathing technique?! The 4-7-8 breathing technique, also known as relaxing breath, involves breathing in for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds. Breathing in through your nose, and exhaling through your mouth. Repeat the cycle 4 times. Give it a try! Please know your limits!
