With the pandemic and all the negative our world has gone thru I'm sure theres been alot of urges. Believe me....I understand. I lost touch and I'm sorry to those who've tried to keep in touch. It hurt me alot having to say no to engagements from February to December 2020. Not being able to work this summer hurt aswell. But know there is light at the end of the tunnel. We will get thru this. Update with me: I am currently enrolled as a PSW student at seven gens/candor college. Hope everyone is doing there best. It's all we can do :) :)

If any people out there suffering dont fully trust me yet or feel I am not taking it seriously please know I am and that I really want to help anyone that needs... it. If anyone would like I can refer you to any professional you see fit. Since I've started I've partnered with and built a strong network of professionals ranging from 3 counsellors, 1 medical dr, 1 registered nurse, 1 registered psychiatric nurse who specializes in addiction and couples therapy and 2 detox centers. I cant stress enough that if your feeling down or if you want to write down an action plan to quit using in the future. Meaning you dont want to quit right now but your plan will be there waiting. It's been a tough few weeks. Its hard to start fresh with my new idea. My idea is to help every FN community and every individual addict suffering addiction si...nce WE all know now that universal strategies dont work. We need a strategy for each addict along with his or her family. Time consuming..YES... expensive....YES.....Worth it....ABSOLUTELY!. This means getting and putting myself out there and putting myself in the cross fires. I have been going thru some crazy cravings and I've been on a "ledge". However I'm continuing to fight like crazy and stay on my methadone. I've invested literally all of my own funds in my business and it still needs a bit more. When it gets going and the first stage is over I will be making enough to live comfortably. 2020 will be my year ....it will be my decade actually. If you need any type of help or you just want someone to talk to judgement free and will honestly just listen to you my facebook will be open to anyone! Confidentiality is HUGE for me so dont worry about that. :) <3 to be honest with everyone. I've had ups and downs but I continue to fight and I will continue to fight until I'm no longer here. In the end we gotta know life is short and we might aswell just love each other and have a good time. See more

Merry Christmas to all! I had a nice talk yesterday with john jackson. He is a registered psychiatric nurse out of Brandon and he has his own counseling busines...s called DIVERGENT counseling for individual,couples,family and alcohol and drug counseling. He has also partnered with me and is available to help anyone. If you need or want help I can direct you to him. The holidays is a hard time for some people out there and please dont hesitate to reach out. Privacy is a major component I believe in healing. Merry Christmas!, let's try to remember the people that Christmas can trigger though. There are some ppl out there that xmas isn't a great holiday but more of a reminder of either past trauma or who they've lost prior. It can be a very sad time for some and for others it can be a great time. Let's keep these ppl in our hearts this season and if you know or suspect someone is triggered by the holiday season...please reach out to them ...a simple text or phone call can go a long way.

why cant it be January already?......its what some of us think...I know...xmas is an awesome time but for some it can be a very very triggering time. all the alcohol commericials. or the stigma of the egg nog n alcohol. or not even that. we could have lost loved ones and xmas time is when we think about them the most. Christmas is a great time but remember for some its a very triggering time... one day they will find it to be a happy holiday again. I know it!!

I will be presenting my story at the shoal lake 39 training center on Saturday. I absolutely love speaking to the youth. I'm looking forward to this presentation and questions the young ones will have. :)
