At MMT we provide a presentation to our long-term care community partners each year. This helps to remind staff of our role, when to make a referral, and how we can collaborate to enhance residents' quality of life! This year has been all about finding new ways to continue to fulfil our purpose here at MMT: To empower and enrich lives! We are so grateful we are still able to do this through virtual music therapy services. Our Founder & Director, @Miya Adout, had an incredible time on the set of the TVO show Employable Me this morning! Miya had the chance to work with an incredible young adult with Autism Spectrum Disorder who is hoping to combine his love and talent for music with his future career!
