I'm excited to announce that MJP headshot sessions will resume July 2nd! Sessions will take place exclusively outdoors with location options in downtown Halifax or Point Pleasant Park. This means that all shoots will be weather dependant will be subject to rescheduling at my discretion. I will endeavour to maintain social distancing as much as possible during our shoot which means I may ask clients to make hair or clothing adjustments themselves. MJ Photographics Sessions and COVID-19 With the ongoing COVID-19 developments in Nova Scotia I wanted to clarify my cancellation policy and let client and potential clients know about some changes that will be in effect for all sessions booked between March 1st and April 15th. As stated online the $50 deposit for headshot sessions is non-refundable. Previously cancelled sessions could still be rebooked under the same deposit up to two weeks after the original shoot date. This... policy has now been extended. In the event of a session cancellation by myself or the client I will be extending the deposit rebook policy to June 1st 2020. Any cancelled sessions can be rebooked without paying a second deposit until that date. All sessions can now be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start time and will be offered a rebooking up to June 1st under the same deposit. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours will forfeit their deposit rebook and will have to pay a second deposit should they like to rebook. I will keep all clients up to date on any cancellations because of my health or government policies requiring building closures or wide-spread self-isolation. I do ask that in return clients keep me updated on their health and cancel their sessions and rebook if any of the following happens: 1. You feel unwell and/or have even mild symptoms like cough, fever or runny nose. Or you have tested positive for COVID-19. Honestly, you’ll probably enjoy the shoot and the results more of you’re feeling your best on the day! 2. You live with someone who has the above symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19. 3. You have travelled outside the country in the two weeks before your shoot date. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact me!
