If you want the fast 48A charge (or faster?) for YOUR Tesla, you got to get a 60A Disconnect Switch installed along with it. Means a few extra steps, but owners often think it is worth the extra cost for. the extra speed. Recharge at almost 11,500W or 70km/hr!

This is a great picture of a typical Federal Pioneer service. The are installed everywhere in the #Vancouver area and unfortunate are getting harder and harder to source breakers and material for. Today at this assessment I was taking a look at the electrical room to see if we can upgrade the service for one of the suites to a 400 amp 3 phase service. The suite tenants have a lab testing facility that demands a higher amount of electricity than most. Another great photo of an older industrial shop and electrical equipment, we love working with heavier equipment and bigger cables! You can see in this photo there are 3 different voltages in one electrical room, 600V, 480V, and 120/208V. Why? Industrial equipment comes in a variety of voltage depending on where its made. For example Europe uses a lot of 480V equipment whereas here in North America we typically use 208V or 600V. Also to note this equipment has seen its fair ...share of dust and is cover with a thin line of sawdust which is a major hazard. In some mills and larger industrial settings this dust can actual cause an explosion and massive fire.
