This original 1977 kitchen has been transformed with a beautiful new custom design! We took out the wall between the Dining Room and the "eat in" Kitchen which just opened up the cramped space. Taking the redundant table out of the kitchen added a lot more storage and counter space to work with. Some upgrades include ceiling height cabinets, floor to ceiling pantry, lots of drawers, new ceiling pot lights and under cabinet lighting, microwave shelf, pull out spice rack and heated tile floors. All said and done this is a very spacious and cozy room!

The Before and After of this 1950s bungalow. Front facade face lift. New windows, composite decking, cedar posts and shakes, Hardie siding, stone and a new front side walk! A faux roofline was installed over the new porch to give the house more interest and the illusion the house is bigger than it actually is.

This small house was designed on an acreage as a guest house/second dwelling on the property. The owners planned to live in this house while they designed and built their main house on the property.
