The announcement we hate to make although we know it is the right one... We are sorry to announce that the extra rallyx we had planned for December 6th is officially cancelled. Just as our friends at @kitchenerwaterloorallyclub stated so well, having so many of our members, volunteers and competitors from red or grey (lockdown) zones, we do not feel like it would be a wise decision to bring them into another region with less restrictions. Although we are confident we could...'ve run our event safely with our covid19 precautions in place, we do not want to ruin our great relationship that we, the Maple Leaf Rally Club have had with the locals for close to 50 years and wish to once again thank them for everything they have done for us this year. It simply would not be fair for us to come and run an event in such circumstances while they have had to cancel so much of their local events already. For the competitors who had already signed up, please keep an eye on your email inbox. Details will be sent to you shortly, if not done already. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. To our volunteers, competitors and sponsors, thank you for a great season and thank you for being so understanding of our new reality. We truly are lucky to have such great members and sponsors. Your time, hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed and unappreciated. Without all of you, none of this would be possible.
