It’s okay to eat whenever you’re hungry, but it’s a good idea to think about why you’re hungry. Sometimes something else will fill the void rather then food. Next time you’re hungry, take a second to name your hunger, then cope with it.

Things I keep handy when cooking - salt, pepper and olive oil. What’s on your stove? In my practice I talk about salt a lot! Most people are afraid of it, but our bodies need it to live. Just not too much. If you’re one of those people who cook at home most of the time, you should add it to your food. A couple shakes in the pot is enough, no need to go crazy! Just another example of balance in food!
