The 2nd annual Green Street Challenge was a tremendous success! We welcomed over 300 people throughout the day, all who enjoyed the temporary park made possible thanks to the sod donated by Manderley Turf Products Inc. and the amazing volunteers from the Westport Fire Association! Thank you also for the support from the staff @ComeAliveOutside, to Kudrinko's for the use of their BBQ, the yummy BBQ by the Westport Firefighter's Association and to our media sponsor Lake88.1. The kids loved all the fun games, facepainting by @michellynneedham, water balloon fight and getting soaked by a fire hose.

#GreenStreetChallenge volunteers are busy getting Fetch Murphy Way in Westport ready for today's activities. They are calling for sunshine and warm temperatures so bring your kids out to play in our temporary park created with sod generously donated by Manderley Turf Products Inc. from 10:00am - 4:00pm. There will be a free BBQ lunch from 11:00am-1:00pm while quantities last donated by the Westport Firefighter's Association. Stay for facepainting and fun games during this free family event. @ComeAliveOutside
