Just started the pre wire on this 10,000sqf house. That’s just a couple tvs and 35/60 powered blinds! Soon to have PTZ cameras, @lutronelectronics, 6 unifi access points, 14 zones of stereo, a video conferencing space in the home with facial tracking camera, and home theatre. Here's a high-end automation build we're currently working on, all new equipment except the existing speakers. Here's a quick equipment breakdown: Home audio:... We chose 5 Heos by @denonofficial for the 7 zones of stereo around the home. Home theatre: For the amplifier we chose the @nadelectronics NAD T-777 for incredible sound and video, complimented with a @_audioquest_ cinnamon HDMI cable. For Blu-ray viewing the @panasonic UB9000 packs a serious punch. EISA wasn't kidding when they voted it the best high end UHD blue ray player. For the projector we went with a hand built Wolf TXF-700 along with a SI Black diamond screen. All controlled by @rti_corp T2x Handheld remote and an XP-3 processor. While doing the theatre and home audio we also swapped majority of the switches around the house to @lutronelectronics radio RA2 switches. This was due to the house having almost zero 3 ways or 4 ways making navigating the home quite difficult. Just waiting on the final pieces of equipment arriving and the calibrating commences! Here's a clean and simple 11.2 budget friendly theatre setup we did last month! We used a 4k JVC LX-UH1B projector with Proficient C651 pivoting in ceiling speakers, IW630 in walls speakers tucked away behind the perforated screen. For the subwoofer we went with a proficient FS10. Came across this the other week... always hire a professional. All the valves are behind doors, not the same heights as plugs, and piped incredibly wrong. Big risk of breaking fittings from stress points and even higher risks of major plugging in 2nd floor pipes. The cost saved will result in money spent too repair.

Finished this 26,000 sqf warehouse with an office in the front. Security system with overhead doors all contacted, motions, and man doors contacted. Easy pulls when the place is empty, usually we’re not so lucky!
