Doug Ford today announced changes to the list of essential businesses for construction. He trimmed the list drastically. Critical industrial construction activities required for, the maintenance and operations of petrochemical plants and refineries, significant industrial petrochemical projects where preliminary work has already commenced, industrial construction and modifications to existing industrial structures limited solely to work necessary for the production, maintenance, and/or enhancement of Personal Protective Equipment, medical devices (such as ventilators), and other identified products directly related to combating the COVID-19 pandemic. 4.) It has been 3 years since the solid deadline for the new Working at Heights Training. If you got caught up in the first round, chances are you are up for renewal this year. We offer both CPO approved Working at Heights and Working at Heights Refresher training. The Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development does not currently have any stipulations with regards to expired cards and the basis on whether or not you need to take the Full day course compared to the Refresher. So even if your card is expired you can still take the Refresher course. We have a Refresher course coming up February 26th and March 4th. Contact us today to get your training completed before spring comes.
