PityTheFool Fitness ,myself and a bunch of local businesses have gotten together to set up a little challenge for you! The Better Self Talk, Better Self Love Challenge. Would you like to know how to get involved? It could say anything you'd like. Whether it's a physical feature, or a character trait, maybe it's a talent of some kind!
